Outstanding Amp

I've been looking for a simple to use, easy to install, and durable amp for my Jeep Wrangler for months. This amp fit the bill for my Jeep. I hooked up my stereo through it and it has been cooking ever since. Now I don't have to worry if a little water gets in the back when I take the top off and go four-wheeling. It was really easy to mount on the deck behind the seat. I really like the gold plated terminals. They don't ever seem to get messed up with rust or dirt or anything. I'll probably have this amp as long as I have the Jeep... forever.

Can't beat it for the price.

Prior to purchasing this, I made the stupid mistake of putting an expensive alpine amp into a Jeep that sees a good amount of water. After being exposed to water, the old amp was shot, so I looked for a cheap replacement, and found this. I can't comment much on the sound quality because nothing sounds good when you're driving a 20 year old soft top Jeep, but I can turn the music up loud enough to hear when on the highway with the top down. Plus, it's waterproof, so I can hose out the interior of my Jeep without worrying about damaging this which is mounted under the driver seat.

pyle amp good for my wallet.

Was very skeptical at first I use this in my car it pushes 2 31/2 and 2 6x9s. work great. my deck has high pass filter so it just does the highs. doesn't run hot and I have gain knobs all the way up. 2 15s for bass . it keeps up with a 1000watt mono blocks bass output . pick one up you can't beat the price might ad well get two.
